This extension is intended to provide additional time for delegations to finalize their participation details.

3. Delegation Village Hotel RoomSelection System Preview
Once the Organizing Committee confirms receipt of your deposit, your delegation will be able to select hotel rooms in the Delegations ’ Village. The contacts ofthe delegation will be authorized with a “person key” matching their countries or regions.
With the Hotel Room Selection System developed by the Organizing Committee (OC), all delegations can view the village layout and select their preferred hotel rooms from the available options.
