For participants

This section is intended for delegations and student-athletes registered for the 2026 FISU World University Championship Cycling. It provides practical information for registration, transportation, accommodation, catering, fees, medical services, bicycle management and communication.

Delegations should check official announcements, technical meetings, delegation service notices, on-site broadcasts, the official website and WeChat groups for the latest operational information.

Your Championship Experience

Cultural Programme

The cultural programme will include KTV recreation, traditional culture workshops, Chongli ice and snow culture study visits, and a one-day Beijing tour. Detailed arrangements will be released through delegation service channels and official event notices.

Bicycle and Equipment Management

Bicycle boxes and heavy equipment must use the dedicated athletes’ bicycle access route at Building 10, located 50 metres east of the lobby, and will be transferred to the ski rental centre area in Building 12.

Assembly and disassembly must be carried out at the designated delegation bicycle storage area in the Athletes’ Home next to Building 12. Fully assembled bicycles must be stored in the assigned delegation bicycle area. Bicycles are not allowed in hotel rooms or indoor accommodation areas.

Communication

Pre-event instant communication will be conducted through WhatsApp. As WhatsApp is not available in mainland China, communication will transfer to WeChat one week before delegation arrival. Official information will be based on Organising Committee announcements, technical meetings, delegation service notices, on-site broadcasts and the official website.
