Accommodation

Event accommodation is centred around Forlong Four Seasons Town. The officials’ accommodation area and the Delegation Village are independent from each other while remaining within walking distance of the competition, catering, indoor training, maintenance, medical and anti-doping service areas.

The Delegation Village is located at Forlong Fenglingyuegu Huanhuo Hotel. Delegations should follow the check-in, access and quiet-hours rules published by the Organising Committee.

Delegation Village address: Fenglingyuegu, No. 32 Wanlong Road, Forlong Four Seasons Town, Chongli, Zhangjiakou.

The Delegation Village is arranged together with the main service areas for delegation operations, including catering, indoor training, bicycle storage and repair, medical support and anti-doping services.

  • Access control: the event area will operate under closed venue management. Athletes and delegation members may enter functional buildings with their event accreditation cards. Accompanying persons must present hotel room cards or proof of consumption.
  • Quiet hours: quiet management will be enforced after 23:00. Loud noise is not permitted so athletes can rest properly.
  • Check-in: the Head of Delegation should submit the team rooming list, including names, identification documents and room numbers, for batch check-in at the athletes’ service counter in the B1 lobby of Building 8.
  • Identity verification: each delegation member must bring an original passport or ID document for on-site verification before receiving the room card and printed hotel check-in guide.
  • Express check-out: on departure, the Head of Delegation should collect all room cards and complete check-out at the counter as a group.

Officials’ Accommodation

FISU officials, Organising Committee officials and technical officials will be accommodated in the officials’ accommodation area of Forlong Four Seasons Town and will dine at the restaurants or banquet spaces of Fulong Resort Hotel according to the Organising Committee’s arrangements.
