Transportation
The Organising Committee will provide transport services for accredited participants, including arrival and departure transfers, delegation transport and bicycle transport between official entry points and the Delegation Village.
Official entry points are Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX).

Arrival Transfers
Regardless of delegation arrival time at the official entry airport, the Organising Committee will provide dedicated transfer services. Passenger and bicycle transport arrangements will be made according to delegation size and the number of bicycles carried by athletes.
- For smaller delegations, passengers and bicycles may be transported together.
- For larger delegations, passengers and bicycles may be transported separately.
- Each delegation will have liaison staff. They will contact the delegation in advance and meet delegation members at the appropriate airport exit after luggage collection.
Travel Information
Delegations should submit arrival and departure information through the FISU Global Management System (GMS) and keep the Organising Committee informed of any changes, delays or incidents during travel.
