Entry and Visa

To participate in the 2026 FISU World University Championship Cycling, each delegation must comply with the entry regulations of China, the host country.

Delegations requiring visa support should prepare passport information and personal details in advance so invitation letters and entry arrangements can be processed in time.

Visa

1. General Requirements

All participants and officials requiring a visa to enter China must follow the official procedures required by the relevant national authorities. Delegations should verify visa requirements and start the application process in a timely manner.

2. Invitation Letters

To support visa applications, the Organising Committee will issue official invitation letters to registered participants. Delegations should submit the required passport information and personal details through the required channels by the deadline published by the Organising Committee.

If final team selection is still pending, a long list of potential athletes and officials may be submitted first to avoid delays.

3. Points to Remember

• Passports should remain valid for at least six months beyond the expected date of departure.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay invitation letters or visa processing.
• FISU and the Organising Committee cannot guarantee visa approval; the final decision rests with the host country’s immigration authorities.

Entry Points and Transfers

Official entry points are Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). The Organising Committee will arrange dedicated transfer services from these official entry points to the Delegation Village.

PEK	Approximately 216 km from the venue; estimated driving time 2 hours 45 minutes.
PKX	Approximately 269 km from the venue; estimated driving time 3 hours 30 minutes.

Volunteers or liaison staff with event identification will meet delegations after luggage collection and assist with transfer arrangements.
