Ceremonies

Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony is scheduled for the evening of June 24th, 2026, on the grand lawn in front of the Four Seasons Hall at Forlong Four Seasons Town. If it rains, it will be held in the Auditroium instead. The ceremony will feature the athletes’ parade, official speeches, flag-hoisting, and spectacular artistic performances showcasing traditional Chinese culture and the legacy of the Chongli Winter Olympics.

Medal Ceremonies

Daily awarding ceremonies will be held at the start/finish area of each respective event following the conclusion of the competition. The ceremonies will strictly adhere to FISU protocol to honor the medal-winning athletes. In case of inclement weather, the ceremonies will be relocated to the Four Seasons Hall or the Auditorium.

Closing Ceremony & Closing Party

The Closing Ceremony will take place on June 29th, 2026, at the same venue as the Opening Ceremony, following the final competition. The ceremony will feature highlights from the championship and the official flag handover. After the ceremony, the Organizing Committee will host a relaxed and festive closing party for all participants to celebrate the success of the event together.
