Opening and Closing Ceremonies

Delegation members participating in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies should wear their national or regional dress and assemble on the main lawn outside Four Seasons Hall 30 minutes in advance.

• Each delegation should appoint one team member as flag bearer.
• Delegation members will line up in alphabetical order by country or region name.
• The Opening and Closing Ceremonies will follow standard FISU protocol. The Opening Ceremony will include a 30-minute performance, and the Closing Ceremony will include a 20-minute performance.
• Performances will be presented jointly by Peking University, Forlong Holdings Group and the People’s Government of Chongli District, featuring Chinese opera and dance.

Medal Ceremonies

Medal ceremonies will follow FISU standard procedures and will be conducted according to event-time notices and on-site guidance after the conclusion of competitions. Athletes should wear delegation uniforms and carry their accreditation cards as required.

Heads of Delegation Banquet

The Heads of Delegation Banquet will be organised by the Protocol and Reception Department at Lanshan Restaurant. The specific time will be announced at the technical meeting. Delegation officials should wear business casual dress.
